ORDERING THROUGH MIANDMA.GR
ORDER CONDITIONS
To place an order in the online store www.MiandMa.gr are required:
1. Filling in the special form with the necessary information for concluding the sales contract.
2. The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract of sale and the terms of use, in particular the collection and where required the use of personal data.
In all the pages of the online store www.MiandMa.gr and next to each product available for purchase, there is the button “ADD TO CART”. Navigate to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to buy.
To continue your shopping, select from the main categories, the one that contains the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have finished adding products, press the “My Cart” button at the top right of your screen. In order to be able to order it is not necessary to be a registered user of www.MiandMa.gr, but we would advise you to register at www.MiandMa.gr, as the whole process will be much easier in any future use of the online store. Fill in the form of your e-mail & the password you stated during your registration and login to the registered users area. If you are not a registered user, press the create new account button. Fill in an active email account on the new registered user registration form. The e-mail that you will declare must exist because all our communication will be done through the e-mail that you have stated during your registration.
Ordering process
The order is completed in 3 steps.
In the first step, entering the “My Cart” form, you will be asked to choose if you want a change card, gift box, greeting card or, if you have a discount / offer coupon, enter the coupon code. Then press the button “COMPLETE ORDER”, which leads us to the 2nd step.
In the 2nd step you will be asked to login if you are already a registered user or to make a new registration. You are also given the opportunity to make purchases as a regular visitor without necessarily registering, but entering all the necessary information to complete your order.
In the 3rd step you will be asked for all the details about the order: 1. Details and billing address, 2. Shipping details and address if it is different from the billing, 3. Shipping method (Courier or Collection from the store), 4. Method of Payment (COD, Credit Card, Deposit in Alpha Bank bank account, 4. Comments regarding the order. Depending on the payment method you choose, the corresponding form will “load” you.
To complete the order, you will be asked to accept the terms of use which we suggest you have read before completing your order by clicking the “COMPLETE ORDER” button. You have the opportunity to make one last check of your order before proceeding with its completion. Customers have the opportunity to choose if they wish to receive information and promotional material from Mandilara Aikaterini
During the progress of your order and if you are already a member of the site you can visit the section “My orders” to be informed about the progress of your order. The order progress stages are as follows:
• “Order”: Your order has been registered.
• “Processing”: Your order is processed and its products are collected.
• “Completion”: The products of the order have been collected and have been sent for shipment to your place.
• “Transfer”: The products of the order have been collected and have been sent for shipment to the store of your choice for collection.
In case of any pending issue in your order, we will contact you at the details you have stated to us.
In case you do not receive a relevant e-mail confirming your order or notifying us by phone, it is your obligation to inform us without delay, as there is probably a problem with the contact details you have stated. Mandilara Aikaterini does not bear any responsibility in case you have entered your contact details incorrectly, as a result of which it is not possible for us to communicate with you.
PAYMENT METHODS
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.MiandMa.gr has the following alternative payment methods:
1. By debiting your credit / debit card. Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard. Your credit / debit card will be debited upon successful completion of your order. It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address. In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
2. Cash on delivery at the time you receive the products. In this case the customer will be charged 5.00 euros (VAT 24% included). Payment by cash on delivery method is not valid for shipments outside Greece.
3. By deposit in a bank account. Deposit the amount of money in the following available accounts within 2 working days from the day you placed the order Attention: If we do not receive your payment along with the reason for the order within 2 working days, your order is automatically canceled and we send you a confirmation e-mail cancellation. Execution and delivery of your order depends on the date of confirmation of your transaction
It is necessary to enter your name as well as the order code in the bank depository so that we can easily locate your payment and confirm your order. The amount you have to deposit is mentioned in the “Total” field of your order.

Orders paid through a bank are sent after payment after the necessary approval from the Accounting Office. When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case www.MiandMa.gr To avoid any additional charges or delays in updating the payment of your order in our system , deposit the amount of money directly to one of the cooperating banks (Alpha Bank). The products are bound only after the full price is deposited in the bank and provided that there is availability on the date the deposit was made. In case your products are exhausted, the money will be refunded immediately to your account within 7 working days.
ORDER CONFIRMATION / UPDATE
The customer is informed through the website by the company before completing his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the method of payment, delivery, the validity period. and the price of the possible offer and the right of withdrawal.
Upon sending the order form, the consumer receives electronically a copy of the order at the e-mail address stated when registering his order, which includes a detailed description of the goods of the order and a unique code, with which will be able to monitor the progress and development of his order.
