PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of Mandilara Aikaterini, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded.

In case the customer wishes the return of his order without the fault of Mandilara Aikaterini, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to 5 €.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products.

Based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company, the delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 working days from the completion of the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the right of withdrawal it is necessary to contact the customer service by phone at +302285301634 or by email at info@MiandMa.gr. To complete the process, a necessary condition is the receipt by us of the product to be replaced.

To return the product to us, follow the following 2 steps:

1) Call the local ACS courier store in your area and ask them to pick up a parcel from your place.

2) At the time of delivery to the courier, indicate that the shipment is at the recipient’s expense.

Shipments to us by courier other than the partner will not be accepted.

It is possible to cancel or return your order in the following cases:

Before sending the product from us.

The cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address info@MiandMa.gr or by phone to customer service +302285301634 daily 09:00 – 21:00 & Saturday 09:00 – 15:00 and you have no financial burden.

Upon receipt of the order.

You can exercise your right to withdraw, within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product (we emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline) without replacement with another product and to get your money back. In this case, 5.00 euros will be deducted due to shipping costs. Your money deposit will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned. In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer.

This means:

a) Not to have damage and their packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product.

b) To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box or jelly).

c) Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

d) MiandMa.gr does NOT receive products that are returned upon your departure and which have dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability. In particular, for items related to body hygiene, such as swimwear and underwear, they must be tested on top of the underwear and the hygiene safety stickers must not have been removed.

For the completion of the process, a necessary condition is the receipt of the product by us.

Return of defective products.

By making your purchases from MiandMa.gr we guarantee the authenticity of the products you purchased from us. MiandMa.gr in turn supplies goods from the companies themselves in Greece and abroad or from official representatives or importers.

In the cases in which, with proven fault of MiandMa.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc. then MiandMa.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (in which case the corresponding amount of expenses will be deposited in a bank account that will be indicated), as well as the remittance costs.

In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at info@MiandMa.gr photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product plus what arises as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.

Exceptions: From all the products that can be accepted for return due to a defect are excluded the balls of all sports from the moment they have been used.

Return for replacement due to incorrect product selection, number, etc.

You can exercise your right to replace the product, within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. We emphasize that the period of 15 days is calculated from the date of receipt of the product by the customer and this is certified by the receipt signature to check the deadline.

In order to send us any product for replacement, it is necessary to contact the customer service by phone at 2285301634 or by email at info@MiandMa.gr.

In case of replacement the charge will be 5.00 € (2.5 € for the return of the product to us and 2.5 € for the shipment of the new product to you).

For inaccessible areas the charge in case of replacement is 10.00 €.

– Note that all changes and refunds are made on the purchase prices of the products.

To complete the process, a prerequisite is the receipt of the returned product by us.
